Register once. The copilot takes it from there.

Registration captures the same seven parameters an adviser would ask for on a first call — profile, intent, sector, geography, readiness. From there an ETEBAS copilot works through the specifics with you, narrowing sectors, routes and structures before anyone books a meeting.

Register

Four minutes, and only the first step asks anything of you.

Leave blank if you have not narrowed it down.

A sentence is enough. Nothing that identifies a target business is needed at this stage.

What you share is treated as confidential and used solely to assess fit. It is not shared with counterparties and is not used in marketing without written permission.

How it runs

Four steps, and only the first one asks anything of you.

  1. Register

Four minutes. Who you are, where you are resident, what you are trying to own or sell, and roughly at what size. Nothing that identifies a target business is asked for at this stage.

  2. Work with the copilot

A guided conversation that narrows the objective — FDI route implications, entity options, sector and sub-domain, what the timeline realistically looks like. It asks the questions we would ask, in the order we would ask them.

  3. Read your brief

The copilot produces a written summary of your position: the route, the structural options with their trade-offs, the filings that follow, and the open questions a named adviser needs to resolve with you.

  4. Meet an adviser

You arrive at the first call with the groundwork already done, and we arrive having read it. If the objective is not realistic, you will have heard so before the call rather than during it.

What registration captures

The same seven parameters an adviser would ask for anyway.

Consistency here is not bureaucracy. It is what makes two objectives comparable when they arrive six weeks apart from different corridors — and it is why the copilot can be useful from the first question.

  1. 01Client Profile

Who is investing or selling, and under which residency and tax position.

  2. 02Business Intent

Expansion, acquisition, partnership, succession, restructuring or market entry.

  3. 03Industry & Business Sector

The sector, domain and sub-domain the mandate actually sits in.

  4. 04Market & Geographic Focus

Where the capital sits, and where the business will operate.

  5. 05Business Readiness

Operational, financial and strategic preparedness on both sides.

  6. 06Regulatory & Compliance Review

Route, filings and approvals mapped before commitments are made.

  7. 07Execution Strategy

Who does what, by when, and what happens if a step slips.

Where the copilot stops

The copilot accelerates the research layer. It does not make judgement calls. Valuation views, structural recommendations, counterparty assessments and negotiation positions are made by named people who are accountable for them — and it does not give investment advice or recommend any business, security or asset.

What happens to what you share

What you share during registration is treated as confidential and used solely to assess fit. It is not shared with counterparties and is not used in marketing without written permission.

Registration and the copilot are being built. Until they are live, the first conversation happens the old way — write to contact@etebas.com and an adviser will take you through the same seven parameters directly.

No obligation, and no charge for the first conversation.

If the objective is not realistic, you will hear that early rather than late.
