Privacy policy

Pending final review by counsel. The commitments below reflect how ETEBAS operates today.

What we collect

Contact details you send us, the business information you choose to share in an enquiry or under a mandate, and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them in the consent bar.

Why we hold it

To respond to an enquiry, assess fit for an engagement, and deliver advisory services under a signed mandate. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share client identity or deal terms with third parties without written permission.

Who can see it

Engagement information is shared internally on a need-to-know basis. Where a mandate requires licensed professionals — chartered accountants, company secretaries, registered valuers or law firms — information is shared with them under confidentiality terms and only to the extent needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you are resident, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Singapore's PDPA, or the UK and EU GDPR. Write to us to exercise them.

Data residency and retention

Storage location, retention periods and cross-border transfer mechanisms are being confirmed with counsel across the four corridors and will be stated here specifically rather than generally.
